2-Year Curriculum
A Structured Path to Industry Leadership
Year One: Technical Mastery
Gain hands-on proficiency across essential trade disciplines, including material logistics, structural framing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, drywall installation, and fine carpentry (tile, trim, cabinetry).
Year Two: Project Management & Leadership
Transition into operational oversight. Master project budgeting, financial stewardship, crew coordination, and end-to-end site management.

- Pass a pre-enrollment background screening.
- Possess a valid Texas Driver's License and reliable daily transportation.
- Commit to professional conduct, OSHA safety guidelines, and a 40-hour weekly schedule.
